COURSE AIM: 
The Facilitator course is based on the SAQA unit standard "Facilitate Learning using a Variety of Given Methodologies". This programme is
accredited by the ETDP SETA. 
This course prepares individuals to conduct facilitation of outcomes-based education. The unit standard addresses the following specific outcomes:


• OUTCOMES:
           At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Plan and prepare for facilitation; 
• Facilitate learning;
• Evaluate learning and facilitation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This skills programme is suitable for individuals who need to develop the skills to facilitate learning using outcomes based methodology,
which differs vastly from the traditional teaching and lecturing style.

CERTIFICATION
Candidates prepare a Portfolio of Evidence during class, and demonstrate that they are able to perform the various roles of the Facilitator.
Once the Portfolio is assessed, candidates are registered with the ETDP SETA and the SABPP, and receive a Statement of Results from the ETQA’s,
as well as a framed certificate from Dionysus.
