Duration and Focus
The modules are offered over 6 - 12 year, 5 days a month. They focus on:

- Controlling and maintaining an automated soft drinks processing plant
The elective components of this qualification allows learners to gain specialist knowledge, skills and insight into the areas of raw material intake and storage, operating a mixing and blending plant, determining food quality using sensory equipment, identifying computerised systems in a manufacturing environment and reading and adjusting instruments in production or packaging equipment. At the end of this Learnership, learners are able to: Demonstrate and understanding of occupational health, safety and HACCP.
